Paints exterior and/or interior areas of various properties and structures.

Prepares area(s) to be painted by cleaning, or if necessary, scraping, sanding, patching and masking of adjacent surfaces prior to painting, papering, texturing, etc.

Maintains inventory of paint, paint brushes, and other painting supplies in accordance with Management's instructions.

Paints areas as instructed by maintenance supervisor or property manager, utilizing appropriate finishes and applications.

Follows OSHA/MSDS guidelines with respect to use of hazardous chemicals; uses proper ventilati

Knowledge in all aspects of carpentry including tile work, painting, cabinet hanging and frame-to-finish work.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within all of RI and Massachusetts.

Must be detailed and organized to perform quality work.

Punctuality and Attendance are required for assigned/scheduled shifts.

Must have previous experience with sprayers, cutting in paint lines, rolling, interior and exterior painting and extreme detail to prep work.

Proficient in all aspects of carpentry including tile work, painting, cabinet hanging and frame-to-finish work.
